Peanut Butter
Peanut butter is typically made by grinding roasted peanuts until they form a smooth or chunky paste. In recent years India has witnessed an increase in demand for peanut butter in the domestic market and as well as in exports. Peanuts, native to South America, were introduced to Africa via the slave trade. In Africa, people ground peanuts into a paste, contributing to the development of peanut-based foods.
